Dear PAWNIX Community,
It is with a heavy heart and a sense of frustration that we address you today. For almost three months now, our beloved PAWNIX Facebook page, PAWNIXANC, home of PAWNIX Noise Cancelling Headphones for Dogs, has been disabled, leaving us without a vital connection to our cherished community.
As many of you may have noticed, searching for PAWNIXANC on Facebook yields no results. This absence represents not just a social media platform but a significant loss for our team, our customers, and, most importantly, our furry friends.
The disabling of our Facebook page came about due to a malicious attack. Our owner's personal Facebook account was hacked, and subsequently, access to our business page was revoked by the hackers themselves. Despite our team's repeated attempts to rectify the situation, communication with Meta and Facebook has been distressingly unproductive.
We have submitted daily requests for updates, opened over ten cases, and engaged in countless attempts to reach out via chat support, all to no avail. The frustrating reality is that our page, which once served as a hub for our community, remains inaccessible.
PAWNIXANC was more than just a Facebook page; it was a space where our community came together to celebrate our shared love for our four-legged companions. It housed heartwarming success stories from our customers, showcased adorable photos of dogs relaxing in their PAWNIX headphones, and served as a platform for meaningful interactions and connections.

So, where do we go from here? How do we navigate this challenging situation and reclaim what is rightfully ours? We are actively exploring all avenues to urge Meta and Facebook to reinstate our disabled page. But we need your help, our loyal supporters and customers.
